The RDB organization is divided into 6 departments (Adminstration and Legal, Human Resource, Finance & Accounting, Operation, Credit, Research & Development). The RDB has also a Project Management Unit (PMU), which works under instructions from the board of directors.

The senior management of RDB consists of the Chairman & CEO, Deputy Director General and Director of Finance. Permanent employees (middle management and bank staff) include supporting staff like drivers, security personnel and cleaners. About Us..
