The RDB is supervised by a board of directors, which consists of the Chairman & CEO, one representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, one representative of the Council of Ministers, one representative from NGOs active in Cambodia, one representative of the licensed commercial banks active in Cambodia, one representative of the Ministry of Rural Development and one representative of the personnel of the RDB. The board members were appointed by sub-decree signed by Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen. |

H.E. Dr. MEY Kalyan is member of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, Office of the Council of Ministers, ex-Senior Economist, FAO/World Bank Cooperative Program, Rome.
He obtained Ph.D in Development Econimics from Kube University, Japan.

Dr. KANG Chandararot is Director and Head of Economics Unit, Cambodia Institute of Development Study (CIDS)-Cambodia, Member on Board of Dirctors, Amret Microfinance Ltd-Cambodia and Research Fellow, Cambodia Development Resourch Institute (CRDI)-Cambodia.
He got Ph.D in Econimics – Free University berlin, Germany (1997-2001).

The RDB organization is divided into 6 departments (Adminstration and Legal, Human Resource, Finance & Accounting, Operation, Credit, Research & Development). The RDB has also a Project Management Unit (PMU), which works under instructions from the board of directors.
The senior management of RDB consists of the Chairman & CEO, Deputy Director General and Director of Finance. Permanent employees (middle management and bank staff) include supporting staff like drivers, security personnel and cleaners.
