RDB HISTORY:

The RDB was established in January 1998. It received a banking license to operate initially as a specialized bank. The RDB is registered at the Ministry of Commerce. The RDB operates under the financial and technical guardianship of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and under the control of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).
